1 Thessalonians 4:14-16

¹⁴ For if we believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead, ^(A)so also God will bring with Him ^(B)those who have fallen asleep ^[a]through Jesus. ¹⁵ For we say this to you ^(C)by the word of the Lord, that ^(D)we who are alive ^[b]and remain until ^(E)the coming of the Lord will not precede ^(F)those who have fallen asleep. ¹⁶ For the Lord ^(G)Himself ^(H)will descend from heaven with a ^[c](I)shout, with the voice of ^(J)the archangel and with the ^(K)trumpet of God, and ^(L)the dead in Christ will rise first.
